Vlad The Impaler was the villain in the very first Marvel story I ever did, a Spidey 2099 gig.
Cybernetic fangs, night vision eyeballs and bat wings are a clear callback to Dracula. He also had an expandable rib cage like a bear trap. Definitely in the Legion Of Monsters 2099🦇
